Post delivery ,I have very much pain in my legs. And have also problem of low BP.How can I overcome with it.

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. Have Sunbath every morning. it happens due to deficiencies. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated
