Q.

post delivery I became weak n it's been three years. when I approach doctors they suggest me to take shelcal hd n nurokind plus as I'm also suffering from b12 deficiency. pls suggest ideal solution for faster recovery

A. good evening I would recommend you to get in touch with your doctor and start taking proper supplements as prescribed to make sure that you are not having any problem in the future
