Pooping 6 times a day is normal for a newborn or not?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. yes it is totally normal if the baby passes motion for 6 times baby main pass motion for about 10 to 15 times in a day which is totally normal and even sometimes not pass motion till 5 days - both the cases are normal

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi yes it's normal infact it's normal for babies to pass stool Upto 10 times in a day so no need to worry as far as your child is looking happy and active, showing no discomfort then no need to worry about it much
