plzz suggest me some kind of meal for my child

A. Dear mum, your child being more than 2 years old, you can give all family foods the way you prepare at your home. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables, dairy products like milk, curd, paneer, cheese. Eggs and non veg food.
