plz suzzest me ..my baby girl 15 month ..I want her weight gain so plz tell me

A. For healthy weight gain of your 15 months old, give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Include one healthy snack in between. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Add nuts like almonds, dry fruits to baby’s food. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to every meal of your baby. Breastfeed baby till 2 years.
