Plz suggest some good face cream , I’m a 3 and half month old baby mother , my skin is completely dull after post delivery , lot of small pimplesand marks

A. Hai good morning !! Post delivery acne, pigmentation,skin dullness is common in few of them due to harmonal factors. Avoid using chemical based creams for a while have sufficient water, fluids, healthy diet (fruits and vegetables,dry fruits and nuts) As you have been delivered recently wait for 2-3 months(after 6-8 months post delivery) if no change in skin then apply raw potato juice on pigmentation,acne marks.
