plz suggest me -i want to give almond in milk to my baby. ...should I give almond directly or after soaking in water...

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's good to give almond after soaking n making it's paste. this can be added in her weaning food or in milk... etc. Give three major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
