plz suggest me diet chart for my kids. age 6and7yrs.

A. hi include all the foods cooked in the kitchen try to include all protiens in the meals like dal, eggs, chicken ,paneer, soya, tofu, curds, use these in various varieties or meals you prepare

A. by this time there is no defined to diet chart you just have to make sure that you are trying to incorporate all the nutrition which includes seasonal fruits vegetables pulses because that gives vitamins minerals and the protein apart from that it is also important to incorporate fresh fruit juices milk and milk products for calcium
