You can include nutritious foods like chapati with paneer gravy, besan and beetroot cheela, stuffed parantha, rice with dal, seasonal fruits, upma, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar, pan cake, waffle, omellete, boiled egg, chicken soup, dalia, khichdi, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chicken and fish curry with rice, etc.
