SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Intially make sure to start with few spoons only. Say if you feed n the noon give three to four spoons of your bab likes increase a little more. Try to start slowly with watery foods. initially you can start with simple purees and waters. These are easy digesting foods for baby tummy..like carrot, potato, banana and waters like rice or dal water. Then second week you can continue with other purees or combination of two fruits veggies, the third week you can give instant homemade rice cereal. Slowly you can add a veggie or fruit to the rice cereal this would give a different taste. Ensure to give a fruit and vegetable everyday. That will not lead to constipation.
