Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. after one year of age you can give everything in diet to the child there is no restrictions for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients.
one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth.
any kind of infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper thde growth otherwise.
after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

9am break fast as poha upma suji halwa uthapam idly cornflakes chocos..
11am any fruit as papaya pear sapota banana apple..
1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka..
7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha..
10pm a cup of milk..
