Q.

plz provide the food chart fr 2yr baby and what should be the duration in between 2 meals

A. hi j Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

A. Actually you can give all foods. try to give everything that you normally have n cook at home . you can should start giving all family foods... Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati soaked n sambar or milk, upma, poha, potato mash, banana mash, ragi porridge, multigrain porridge, Lunch - rice with milk, dal, watery sambar, any veggie rice, Khicidi, for snacks you czn choose veggies n fruits cheese panner eggs dinner chapatis, rice is a still a good option, khicidi, dosa idly
