plz help..accidentally my nails hit my baby arm.. now there is redness.. tetanus should b do or not

No it would not be required just apply Boroline anti septic cream it is going to settle down over the period it is just a nail mark so don’t worry about it no injection would be required as it is nothing that has actually hurt your child in any negative manner so don’t worry
