plz do suggest the better types of tiffin and food items for lunch and dinner for my kid so that he can put on weight

A. Hello mom you can give rice with vegetables so say pulao etc with curds, other is stuff paranthas or roti with panner or any other vegetables, dals, rajma, chana, etc also eggs can be included.
