Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any health supplements or multivitamins to the child but if it is less than your doctorr will examine and according to the deficiency the doctor will give medicine but it is at the same time advisable to go natural by giving all types of homemade food which also contains all the important nutrients and supplements.
usually you have to give only iron and vitamin d supplements to the child but that also in maintenance dosage and not as a deficiency dosage
