A. A 2 year old child should be fed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. You can feed foods like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chicken and fish curry with rice, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia, omelette, boiled egg, pan cake, waffle, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, etc.
