9am break fast as poha upma suji halwa uthapam cheela idli cornflakes chocos bread butter dosa
11am any fruit as papaya apple pear sapota banana
1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikki bread pakoda
7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
10pm a cup of milk..
