Q.
pls suggest me the constipation medicine for my 10 month old. she is suffering from constipation each alternate day and i have tried all the home remedies . I have also tried to change her diet but still there is no benifit. I am giving her roti with mashed aloo and cow milk, suzi, oats, and fruits alternate day. pls suggest .

Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. This is diet related constipation ,first of all restrict milk intake to bedtime only, switch to solid foods.
Offer kid papaya, seasonal vegetables soups, seasonal fruits.
Give proper toilet training,avoid usage of diaper.
May consult for luxuatives.
