Pls suggest for some foods for immunity boost and stay healthy

A. Give Chavanprash twice in a day you can also go ahead with giving saffron turmeric and black pepper with dry fruit powder into the milk of the child twice in a day throughout the year it’s a very healthy combination and if required you should give supplements like iron and multivitamin and focus more on home-made fresh food not junk food
