completion of 6 months age ,one can start to offer semisolid food to a child.
but at start ,it is better to offer food like mung dal Pani, rice starch which is easy to digest.
then gradually you can start to offer different vegetables fruit and rice .
gradually start offering different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, pulses, dairy products etc.
