pls share list of fruits and vegetables can be given to 6 months old baby.. when can I start nuts to them

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom fruits Any fruits which are seasonal and locally available can be given for the start banana , apple , chikku , papaya etc .. nuts can be introduced from the age of 8 months onwards
