pls guide on Nov veg food which produces more heat to babies n should not be given to baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 month agoA. dear mum., after 6 mths complete only then begin to give top food at that time u can give egg , chicken fish in soft n mash form non veg does not produce any heat start with little amount always well cooked egg
