please tell me some remedy for my 7 and half month baby for cold and cough.. he os sneezing alot and do have gases probm and also have reduced taking solid food

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and he is having coughs and cold with sneezing so give him syrup maxtra 2.5 ml three times a day and nasoclear nasal drops

please keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs.
it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection
keep your child hydrated
you can give warm water with pinch of salt and turmeric powder ,give it in 2 tbsp quantity every 4 hours
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
