Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. drink enough water . eat fresh fruits and vegetables . avoid too much coffee and tea. take rest. apply hot water bag for a couple of minutes. if you are ok to take tablet then meftal spas us very helpful. I have spoken to many gynaecologists and they all have recommended meftal spas. safe and good. I get severe cramps every month and this helps. once a day as and when required only.
