I have menstrual bleeding for 27 days with unbearable stomach cramps and bleeding

A. you need to get a sonography done to know if prescence of cyst or pathology . and if not problem then just follow good healthy lifestyle with exercise and timely intake of food .

It usually should not be more than for 5 to 7 days you should consult your gynaecologist maybe you are having some hormonal disturbance and they’ll be able to help with medicines and also they can tell you why this process is taking so long so whatever the situation is they can guide you accordingly
