please tell me healthy diet chart for my son

A. Hi, Anything that doesnt include junk food and oily snacks are healthy only. For a 4 year old lad you needn't follow a prescribed diet chart just see to that his food includes all sort of nutrients like carbs,proteins,vitamins and minerals.A simple example would be to have rice,chapatis,2 varieties of fruits and vegetables every day along with milk,curd or butter milk.
