You can feed oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, khichdi, dalia, mixed vegetable soup, chicken and fish curry with rice, stuffed parantha, seasonal fruits, veg sandwich, veg cutlet, boiled egg, omelette, pan cake, waffle and 500-600 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
