5 years child, food chart daily basis pls tell me

A. balanced diet with variety of food groups 3 meals and two healthy snacks grains and millets pulses legumes/egg non veg seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables fruit milk and milk products 500ml control intake of process packaged food
