please suggest what to eat after c section delivery and I has-been 10 days for that, and everyone telling that, dont drink milk, font eat only food, please suggest, I M very weak?

A. hi no. as such there is no restrictions on food. you can take almost all kind of food items. just take them in moderation better to avoid taking too much oily , spicy and sugary food items.
