Q.

please suggest to get breast milk I am the mother of 3months 5days old baby she is not able to latch my milk and due to this breast milk went back how can I get back my Breast milk back

A. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed more frequently for adequate production. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. good evening I would definitely recommend that you should try to have Himalaya shatavari it should be taken along with milk twice a day this will have to make sure that the child has sufficient milk from the mother
