please suggest some weight gaining foods for 4.5 yrs old.

A. Dear mom , with a balanced homemad diet you can include weight gaining foods like potato, sweet potato, ragi, banana, pumpkin, milk and milk products like paneer, curd, cheese, eggs , seasonal fruits , dals and pulses preparations, nuts powder, ghee etc. avoid processed and packaged foods

A. hello actually you can you all kind of homemade food items especially the fermented food like Idli dosa will be helpful to gain the weight of the baby also Milk products like paneer cheese milk also will help
