RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 weeks agoA. You can actually gently push the knee towards the chest of your child I really helps a lot in passing the gas and that’s one of the best home remedies or exercises that you can try with your child to get rid of excessive gas and that would be helpful
