Please suggest some good supplements to have, i am mother of 4 month old baby. I had feredon for a 30 days n shelcal on n off from past 6 months. but evryone is concerned about vitamins tablets and all which doc didnt prescribed. Shall i start having any multivitamin tablet? like zinvovit or smthng.. i have pain specific in my right knee and foot and heels.
