please suggest remedy to avoid and cold during first three months of pregnancy.

Don’t eat anything cold avoid having dairy products which are specifically directly coming from refrigerator stay away from people who have even the minor of the infection and cover your face with a mask and all when you move out so that you don’t do not catch any infection and avoid switching of temperature
