Please suggest me best lactation powder for mother to increase supply of milk

Shatavari powder you can take three times in the day with warm milk that is going to be good enough for you and you can take it easily for 3 to 6 months if it helps you in increasing your lactation but this is not enough you should try to have plenty of fluids and a good diet to increase your feed
