ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist2 years agoA. Dear ma’am, kids would happily enjoy home cooked foods if we respect their appetite and allow them to decide when to eat and how much to eat. Also introduce variety in their diet. Encourage self eating. Fruit and nut milkshake, paneer and veggies shall fried cutlets, nuts and dry fruits laddoo made with little bit of pure cocoa powder etc can be tried for snacks time.
