Please suggest me any appetite syrup for 1 and half year old baby... From past 15 days my baby is not eating anything

A. hello try to include more of fruits which is a natural appetizer and also rey with different food option and receipe nd give small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor
