A. hi no please avoid self medication it can be harmful. always consult your doctor before taking or giving any type of medicine. for this , take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet. take fruits,nuts , sprouts, multigrain food more take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
