Q.

#AskTheExpert Normal delivery mom. I was B12 and D3 deficient previously before pregnancy. had the D3 injections and b12 vitamins before pregnancy. my wrist nerves seems swelled and paining. I was given alamine drips during 9th month. can vitamins be taken after 2 months of delivery

A. Yes vitamins can be taken after two months of delivery also but they should not be any swelling in your joint and it is better that you consult a PhysicianWrite Your Answer Here
