By 5-6 months babies double their birth weight,start semi solids fruit and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, dal water, rice starch, soups, malts, idly, sooji, Dalia, oats porridge/kheer.
For easy digestion burp after feed avoid making baby sleep immediately after feed.
Add ajwain powder in cerelac or porridge or give with warm water weekly once for easy digestion.
