please suggest best remedy for constant cold to stop. it's for my 1yr 8month old baby.

Author of questionMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. thats what we do as u said... no package food and maida at all. this is all bcoz of weather change since three to four months

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hi parent please avoid maida items and packaged food please give luck warm water for drinking please give easily digestible food like warm dal rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc please give gentle massage on chest and limbs with Babyhug rapid relif roll on please give daily sun light exposure
