please suggest a multivitamin syrup to boost his immunity.. currently my pediatrician suggested Refresh syrup and it's going to over

A. A to Z syrup works best.. dosage 5ml twice a day. For appetite: can give aglozyme or aristozyme syrup 5ml twice a day.
