RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Use Cetaphil cream it is very much thick in nature and that’s going to be very good for the skin of the child and I do not know what is can also generate specially coconut oil so I would advise you to go ahead with almond oil or Olive Oyl
