A. it is very important to give all types of food made from cereals (RICE WHEAT and other) pulses (DAL) vegetable milk and fruits to the child and this will only help in increasing the growth weight height immunity of the child. YOU CAN GO FOR ANY RECIPES AND FLAVOURS AND TASTE ACCORDING TO THE THE PREFERENCE OF THE CHILD. Start with small quantity and gradually increase the quantity. you can go for different colour plates as well axs different size plates to make eating more attractive. Also it is very important to rule out nutritional deficiency in your child because that is one of the most common cause of loss of xappetite in the child. You can add ghee and dry fruits powder to the diet to make it more calorie rich.

A. Hello dear parent! Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Give your baby 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Keep changing the menu so that your baby will taste different foods and flavours. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
