Please help with diet chart for kid

A. Hello Child should have 4 to 5 meals a day from recipes like dal rice sabji, curd rice, khichadi sabji curd. chapati sabji dal, upma, sheera, idli sambar, vegetable chilla, Vegetable soup, fruit smoothie, milkshakes.
