Please help me my daughter is 1 year old pls guide me solid foods

A. Dear ma’am, you can give regular family foods. Include different kind of fruits every day. Give drumstick leaves soup and millet based foods weekly twice. Nuts and dry fruits and fruits can be given for snacking instead of junks. Limit the milk intake to less than 500ml per day. Provide adequate water. Use sugar and salt sparingly.
