please help me my 10 year old girl got periods and it's very painful 😭 what can I do help me

A. Since it is starting off.s, you should first get proper examination done by your gynecologist and take the medications which are more suitable for her according to the dose by weight

A. You can give basic stomach pain medicine to the child that’s going to be helpful you can consult your doctor for that and also I would advise you to keep a hot water bottle on the stomach of the child that is also going to be very helpful
