and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml.
you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child.
you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child
you have to make the food time a playful event

Actually There is no diet plan a specific food that you have to give to the child after the age of 11 months you can give regular food to the child whatever you are eating and whatever you’re preparing at home for yourself and everybody else because that’s the right food for the growth for the child
