Early morning - milk.
Breakfast - Cereals millet based - Roti, idly, dosa,poha, boiled egg,half boil/omlet, porridge/cerelac.
Snacks - Fruits/vegetables, juice,malts, salads.
Lunch/dinner - rice/roti with dal/curd/sabji gravy with less spices, stuffed roti,curd rice, kichdi, pulav or upma with soups.
Evening snacks - Milk/milk shake, fruits, vegetables salads,dry fruits and nuts,soups.
Night milk before sleep.
Banana, apple, carrot, potato, beans, Dal, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer,dry fruits and nuts, idly,ragi, cerelac with pulses, grains ,egg, meat, fish helps in increasing weight.
