A. Hello ma’am You can use the breast pump because it is mostly said the more you express the more body makes apart from that if you want to you can start having lactation capsules and granules as they also help in increasing your breast feed and try to take them for at least 2 to 3 months if they help you then your work is done otherwise just start giving formula feed to your child
